Delivering a data services transformation that helped this State Roads Authority realise it's potential to future-proof service delivery and better meet stakeholder expectations.
As part of their corporate strategy and top 30 corporate priorities, this State Government Transport Authority wanted to transform the operations and capabilities of their Data Services branch, to better meet the needs of its stakeholders, and in anticipation of a more integrated transport system, to be enabled by a broad range of event based and master data sets.

In 2019, we were engaged by this authority to undertake a current situation analysis and develop a new information services operating model, and a future strategy, roadmap. Our Data Services operating model was adopted by the agency for the newly amalgamated Department of Transport, and the agency head of Data Services was appointed Chief Data Officer.
