IMS was engaged to document the information requirements for a CRM, and to subsequently assist in the running of an RFP process to choose a vendor that meets the requirements. To achieve the project objectives, we worked closely with corporate IT to ensure they were able to drive the implementation after the completion of our engagement.
IMS produced the RFP and conducted an independent assessment of the vendors utilising an interview process to shortlist suitable vendors on the client’s behalf.

IMS consultants gathered requirements across the business unit whilst keeping corporate IT informed and in charge of the project. The engagement and our approach have been very successful and the business unit was subsequently able to obtain corporate support for the required implementation work.
